February Celebrations!

Room 5 Continues to be filled with Lots of Laughter, Love, and Learning!
I'll keep it short and sweet...
We have hit a milestone of 100 days in Kindergarten! YAY!
Congratulations to both the students and the parents!!
To celebrate, we transformed into superheros, exchanged Valentines, and continued to work hard academically.
Thank you for all your continued help and support with your child's learning journey in Kindergarten thus far.
Enjoy the photos below and have a wonderful February Vacation!

Sight Word Heart Greeting
Students were given half of a heart with a sight word on it. They were to read the sight word, find their matching half and greet each other to form a heart.

I Spy Snowmen!

I hope you had a chance to play "I Spy a Letter" with your child. You can ask them to find a letter by their name or sound.  For a challenge ask your child to tap out a word and build it with the snowman's nose.

Magnet Show
Mr. Musselman came to our school to talk to us about magnets.  We fished for materials to see what sticks to magnets and what does not.

Magnet Tug-o-War!!!

Happy 100th Day!!
